About Advanced Electrical

Founded in 1993, Advanced Electrical is a Tasmanian owned and operated private company with the head office located in Hobart. Our objective is to provide a quality electrical installation completed on time to the satisfaction of the client.

The director of the company James Willey was an employee and has worked for the company for over twenty years, firstly as an apprentice and the last ten years as an Estimator and Project Manager.

Training

Advanced Electrical is committed to delivering quality electrical service through ongoing
training of our employees. Our tradesmen have completed Austell, Telephone and Panduit, Clipsal & Krone computer cabling installation and testing courses. All our staff have completed first aid training in early 2017. All our staff have completed training and are issued with occupational health and safety information.

Electrical Design

As part of our commitment to the total electrical service package concept we have developed a design and documentation section of the company to enable the company to provide design and construct packages for services (“ in house”). All our design work is documented using the current editions of the relevant Australian standards for the various disciplines.

Occupational Health & Safety

All our staff have completed training and are issued with occupational health and safety information. For every project our technicians are issued with Safe Work method Statements that are filled out and completed before the commencement of the work.
